Definition of Success

Someone asked me at a conference what was my definition of "success."  As far as I'm concerned the definition of "success" is personal as well as relative.  To me it is a matter of setting goals and do everything possible to achieve the goals.  Although I'm an executive officer of a very large organization, I never consider having such title automatically means that I'm my successful.  However, I can accept a definition that ties success to the size of decisions one gets to make.  As such the bigger the decision one gets to make most likely represents the more successful s/he had been.
